Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

International Shipping
